Notes:

  • Feeling as fast and strong as I’ve ever felt…however, I’ve developed a Grade 2-ish strain in my medial left calf. I don’t think it’s an all-familiar bone problem, so I hope a week or two of rest will heal it. Trying to not let it depress me. I’ve definitely had some practice at coping with very untimely injuries in the prime training period that pre-dates an important race of mine. Trust, patience, and monomaniacal rehabilitation. Onwards.
