Notes:

  • Tweaked a tendon by my left knee on Wednesday’s outing…could hardly run at all. Took a few days off and it feels a lot better. Sunday’s run was encouraging. So much to explore. So many ways to get vertical and smash my legs on descents. I guess it’s a good problem to have. Planning on doing nothing specific until my 2019 training begins on December 31. I plan to explore, ski, go to spin class, run a little and stay healthy. Big goals for 2019. Onwards.
