Notes:

  • What a week. My body felt in rhythm and in tune with itself. I was recovered and ready to race, not knowing how a fast road marathon would feel. It turns out, trail training develops strength and grit, fitness that’s essential to the marathon. Indy was amazing and I did something I didn’t think was possible. Onwards to better things, the Adirondacks. I leave tomorrow. It’s been a blessing, Michiana.
