  • Foot is on the mend. Thought I could run most of Ice Age. I did. Had fun going easy. I love that trail but, damn, one day I’ll have to come back healthy and ready to roll. People are awesome. Time to get my ass in gear and focused on grinding UP and building quad strength for Whiteface. I want to be a mountain goat. Onwards.
