Notes:

  • Week 6 saw myself trying to run a fast 5k. I was out of my comfort zone but that’s why I do this shit. Plus, I never want to lose my speed. I ran a pathetic 15:59 but onwards I go. My goal this next week is to be apathetic towards the bullshit and keep grinding, eating well, and recovering. Chuckanut is gonna be painful and I want to take names.
